What is the difference between 'Style Preview' and 'Precision'?

'Style Preview' is our lower-cost option for exploring ideas using your supplied bathroom photo. It is ideal for comparing style directions, finishes and general layout ideas. 'Precision' is our higher-accuracy option, created from your plans or measurements, and is designed for reviewing your bathroom design with greater spatial clarity and detail from multiple angles before renovating.

Will the tiles and fixtures be exact models?

For 'Style Preview', the tiles, fixtures and finishes are represented more generally to create a useful photorealistic impression. For 'Precision', your selected tiles, fixtures and finishes are represented with a high degree of accuracy, but some fixtures may be shown using closely matching models when exact manufacturer models are not available.

What do I need to provide for the 'Style Preview' option?

You will need to supply a clear photo of your bathroom, along with any reference images, product inspiration, notes or ideas you would like us to apply.

What do I need to provide for the 'Precision' option?

You will need to supply your bathroom plans or measurements, along with any reference images, product selections and notes you would like us to work from.

How many angles are included?

'Style Preview' is based on one supplied bathroom photo angle. 'Precision' includes three viewing angles as standard. For 'Precision', we will decide on the most useful angles, but you can request specific angles or close-ups as part of your instructions in the order form - you can also add additional angles to your order.

How many style directions are included?

One as standard, and you can order more in the order form. You can always order more later too.

Can I compare different tile options or layouts?

Yes. Alternative layout options, additional finishes and extra style directions are available as add-ons. You can also order more anytime.

How long does it take?

Turnaround for 'Style Preview' is generally a couple of days. 'Precision' is usually 1-2 weeks. If we have any trouble scheduling your order, we will contact you before starting to let you know. We will also offer to refund your order before starting if the timing is not acceptable.

How will I receive my visualisations?

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your finished visualisations.

Is this service suitable before I have final product selections?

Yes, 'Style Preview' is especially useful for early exploration before everything is final. 'Precision' is best when you already have a clearer design direction and want to review it more accurately.

What if I need more?

Add-ons are available to expand your order. If you’d like to explore further after that, we have a separate order form for additional visualisations.

Are you just using AI for this?

AI gets us some of the way for our 'Style Preview' service. Multiple tools and techniques are required when dealing with specific style references you are expecting to see in the finished visualisations. For our 'Precision' service, we model and texture your bathroom from scratch in 3D software. Sometimes we may then also incorporate AI for finalising certain aspects.

How are payments processed?

Payments are processed in Australian dollars through Stripe.
